Via the HR module, all information is stored centrally. The information can be safely viewed and – where necessary – updated. Employees can, among other things, gain insight into leave days, and through customised HR processes, direct access can also be given to personal documents.

Through the targeted use of performance management, the HR strategy can be raised to a higher level. To bring out the best in each employee, good conversations and agreements with progress reports are combined with a personal development file.

Personal (employees) page

Personal pages allow employees to manage their own data. On this page, employees can view their HR dashboard. The dashboard contains the status of holiday requests, processed absences and much more.

 

 

Personal documents

As part of the personal page, employees can view employee files containing all official documents. This gives you digital access to your documents at all times. This includes salary details, contracts, financial statements and other HR information. Both employees and HR advisors can view and upload documents independently.
